Pool Reset Information
To Last Season's Pool Administrators:
Welcome back!
Thanks for running your Pool with us last season, and we hope you will do so again in 2012/2013. To make it as simple as possible for you to get your pool back up and running this year, we have maintained your pool members and settings from last year's pool. Please do not start a new pool, as it will create confusion for your returning members.
The first time you login this year, you will be prompted to select one of three 'Pool Reset Options'. We know every pool is different, so we provide these member maintenance options to allow you to pick the one that is right for your needs. The options are:
• Keep all pool members
• Delete some pool members
• Delete all pool members
Explanations and recommendations for each option are outlined on the Pool Reset Options page. Once a selection is made and the process completed, your pool will be ready to go for the new season and you won't be asked to reset your pool again. All remaining pool members will be able to use their same username and password as last year and will not need to rejoin your pool. We have also provided an option for you to email all remaining pool members to inform them that you are running a pool again this year. Just click the 'Pool Members' link in the left navigation bar and then click the 'Email all members' link located just above the member list.
We e-mailed the Pool Administrator username and password you used last season to you at the e-mail address we have for you in our system. If you did not receive the email and don't remember this information, please use our username/password lookup feature.
Resetting your pool can be done anytime between now and the start of the season, however as always, we recommend you perform this process as soon as possible this year to ensure you will be ready to go come Week 1.
