QBs Stay Busy Off The Field<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In an offseason that\u2019s been relatively benign in terms of player movement and roster shifts (minus one Swiftie), what\u2019s caught the attention of football fans are the offseason exploits of the game\u2019s biggest stars under center. While it\u2019s undoubtedly the quietest moments of the NFL offseason with OTA\u2019s in the rear and Training Camp over a month out from starting, that hasn\u2019t stopped the tabloids from churning out NFL smut content in impressive volumes. So much for it being a slow time of year for news\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It may also help that the league\u2019s biggest quarterbacks are all at slightly different spots in their NFL careers and their journeys in life – which has them on both page one and page six of headlines. Let\u2019s dive into the NFL QB carousel of unsubstantiated gossip, clickbait, and stories you secretly want to know a little bit more about heading into football season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tom Not-So-Terrific<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You all ate up my betting preview once odds emerged for who Tom Brady\u2019s<\/strong> first suitor post-divorce and retirement would be, and it seems that a couple of names from the original batch of celebrities are still very much in the running. In the winter months, he was briefly linked to IG model Veronika Rajek but that lost steam. Then, word slipped out of Brady\u2019s camp that Tom Terrific was feeling a certain type of way about his relationship status. Seeing his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen link up with a billionaire and former neighbor of the couple allegedly has Tom looking to get back to his bachelor days, and since he\u2019s been linked to two BIG TIME names in Hollywood. In recent weeks the rumor has swirled of Tom \u201csecretly dating a blonde-haired superstar\u201d which somehow got him paired with Reese Witherspoon out of thin air. Then, Kim Kardashian\u2019s name emerged (because of course it did) as she was spotted at dinner with Brady, driving around his golf cart and looking for a property on the same Bahamas island where Brady currently owns. Just dinner, right? Needless to say, TB12 is going to make just as many if not more headlines even though we won\u2019t see him on the field this fall\u2026we think.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pitch Perfect Spirals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When word emerged that Bills Pro Bowl QB Josh Allen<\/strong> was back in the singles market after a breakup with longtime GF Brittany Williams, the suitors began to circle and controversy swirled around the end of that relationship. I\u2019m not really sure what I expected for the type of name that he would be attached to next, but I\u2019m certain that no one had pop singer and \u201cPitch Perfect\u201d star Hailee Steinfeld on their bingo cards. This is another one of those examples of how every famous person is likely one connection away from meeting just about anyone, as a football player in Buffalo has landed an L.A. singer and movie star that just dated Niall Horan. It\u2019s quite the come-up in the celebrity ranks for the undertone Allen, who\u2019s kept a pretty low profile off the field until now. As pressure mounts for Allen to get the Bills mafia that elusive ring and his name continues to become more fodder for the paparazzi, it will be interesting to see how he handles this newfound level of attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcome To New York<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Look what you made Aaron Rodgers<\/strong> do, Green Bay. The four-time NFL MVP has taken his talents to NYC as his Jets era has begun after Packers brass failed to keep #12 as their main guy. While the Jets are pumped to have their new QB locked down, I think Aaron Rodgers is even more excited to simply NOT be living in Green Bay anymore. Your boy is getting out on the town at a torrid pace even after an OTA muscle strain injury, and I can\u2019t say I blame him. Rodgers has been spotted at a Knicks game, a Rangers game, a Broadway play, and at two of Taylor Swift\u2019s three shows at MetLife Stadium, his new home for football. Though I\u2019ve often loved to hate the hipster ethereal side of Aaron Rodgers, I will admit his carefree dancing to T Swift\u2019s biggest hits was quite a vibe. The man is getting paid at unprecedented levels to live in New York City and play football – I would be loving life feelin\u2019 myself too.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Backpage QB Fodder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The QB that\u2019s sitting highest on the Forbes list this offseason is Lamar Jackson<\/strong>, who one-upped Jalen Hurts\u2019<\/strong> deal and eventually won the long, grueling standoff with the Ravens and got the deal that made him the highest-paid player in league history – 5 years at $260 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know we\u2019re all secretly wondering if No. 1 overall draft pick Bryce Young <\/strong>will boom or bust, cause it feels like there\u2019s no in-between. If nothing else, he\u2019s off to a booming start at OTA\u2019s where he impressed and wowed his new Panthers teammates in Carolina. Add in that he\u2019s a PR rep\u2019s dream client and he\u2019s staying out of the headlines – it seems as if he\u2019s off and running as a rook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for my increasingly sad state as a Patriots fan\u2026Mac Jones<\/strong> says he\u2019s \u201crunning his own race\u201d this season (what a great teammate) and Bailey Zappe<\/strong> got engaged.
