Contest Rules

1. 5 NFL picks each week against the spread

a. Season long prizes awarded by the best overall results
i. Each Game Won = 1 point
ii. All point spreads will include hooks eliminating the possibility of pushes
b. Weekly prize pack awarded to the contestant with the best record each week. If there are multiple 5-0 records a Total Points Tiebreaker on the last game of the week will determine winner. If total points from the MNF game does not settle a winner then the overall best record at that time will be the second tiebreaker. If that doesn't settle a winner, then the best record the following week will determine the prior weeks winner
c. Season long tiebreaker will go in the following order
i. Week 18 Total Points Tie Breaker
ii. Number of Weekly Wins
iii. Season long prizes will pay out by Monday, February 14th

2. Point spreads will be available by 4:00 PM Eastern every Wednesday. Similar to 2020, if Covid causes 4+ games to be off the board Wednesday at 4:00pm eastern, we will wait 24 hours to post all games.

3. All picks must be entered by kickoff of the early games (12:50 eastern on Sunday).
a. Failure to enter picks will result in 0 points for that particular week
b. Should you pick the Thursday Night Football game you still have until Sunday to edit your remaining 4 selections before the 12:50 eastern deadline
c. Do not wait until the last minute to enter picks, make sure you leave yourself enough time as there will be NO manual entry for ANY reason

4. Only ONE ENTRY per person

5. Entrants must provide a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and use their TWITTER HANDLE AS A USERNAME to enter contest. Should you not have a Twitter account and handle, then you will need to sign-up and create one to be eligible for end-of-season and weekly prizes

6. Entrants must follow @BetTheBoardPod, @ToddFuhrman and @Payneinsider on Twitter to qualify for any prize(s)

7. You know how much, but the prize structure will be determined based on the results of a Twitter Poll voted on by YOU! Poll will be released Monday, September 7th on the @BetTheBoardPod Twitter feed and run a full 48-hours, so get your votes in and be heard on the prize breakdown!

• Participants are allowed only one entry in the contest.
• The pool starts with Week 1 and runs through the NFL regular season only.
• This is a standard Pick'em pool where members attempt to pick the winning team.
• Members are awarded 1 point for correctly picked games.
• Point spreads are used in making picks, so the team they select will need cover the spread.
• Members pick 5 games per week .
• As a tie breaker, members guess the combined total points for last game of the week (as indicated on the pick sheet).
• The final pick deadline each week is Sunday at 1pm ET*. If you want to pick an earlier game you must do so by kickoff of that game.
• If a member does not enter picks for a specific week, no automatic picks will be made.
• If a game is cancelled, postponed to a future week, or otherwise not played (e.g. forfeited), it will be removed from the current schedule, along with all picks for that game.
