My members can only make picks for the group stage. Why can't they pick the knockout stage at the beginning of the tournament?

Members must wait until the actual teams are known. They will be picking from the ACTUAL teams that make the knockout round, NOT the teams they picked to move on.

If they had to pick the brackets now, very few people would have ANY positions correct, which would make the knockout stage insignificant.
