Do pool member's pick the 'play-in' games?

No. The play-in games are not part of a bracket submission. When members are filling out their bracket they will see a placeholder value entitled 'Play-In Winner', which can be picked just like any other team. When the play-in winner has been decided, this will be replaced with the winning team.
