Can a member have multiple entries under a single login?

Yes. Commissioners can decide if they will limit members to a single entry or allow multiple entries.

Provided your settings allow multiple entries, members are given the option of creating additional entries when they login and also from their entries page.

They should NOT, however, go through the join process again. This will just lead to confusion for them and their Commissioner.
