Does the website collect the fee from the participants or do we need to use another resource?

We do not collect money or pay winners. We simply charge a small fee to The Pool Commissioner for hosting the pool and doing statistical calculations.

Since we can't keep track of members jurisdictions and local laws we have a "no gambling" policy, and offer our services for entertainment/marketing purposes only. Please make sure you are in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction and with our terms of service.
