What a year it's been for all 86 of these NCAA football squads!

We've got a rousing game of coaching musical chairs, two huge surprises in the college football playoffs, and Brian Kelly... doing weird and kinda sad Brian Kelly things.

Some teams — Texas, for example — didn't make the cut even though we expected bigger things from them.

Others — UTSA, right down the road from the Longhorns — surprised us greatly.

With all these great stories and angles, it's safe to say this is a terrific year to try your hand at college football bowl pick'em (whether straight up or confidence).

This year, we decided to do something a bit different.

We're putting our money where our mouth is and providing more than a simple breakdown of why we think each game is exciting (or not exciting): we're also guessing the scores of each bowl games.

Below you can find each game summary, along with our very professional opinion about who will win, and by how much.

(Keep in mind, I do most of my guessing based on a combination of The Smell Test and my gut (which has steered me wrong in the past, example: just this week I bought gas station sushi and very much regretted that decision).
